David Habib

David Habib is a partner with the Law Offices of David Habib. His practice includes representation of U.S. and foreign clients in connection with a wide range of commercial and international trade related matters, as well as in International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation proceedings and complex litigation in state and federal courts.

David Habib is a certified mediator for the Ventura Co. Superior Courts. He is Adjunct Professor of Law for Business Executives in the MBA Program at California Lutheran University, taught International Business Law at Santa Barbara City College for several years. David Habib is a recipient of the World Trade Centers Association World Trade Service Award, and is a sought after speaker on matters related to international trade. He serves as SOCAL DEC's Vice Chair.
