Alale Allal one of 20 Export Trade Finance Specialist in the U.S. who provide export financing assistance as part of the suite of services available from the Department of Commerce's regional U.S. Export Assistance centers (USEAC'S). 

Alale Allal is responsible for establishing relationships with lenders and prospective clients in the state of Texas and Oklahoma, underwriting and servicing of all Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) facilities, and creating strong partnerships within the various Government agencies.
