Our Services

• Preparation - We will cover all your prep work needed to have your products sent into Amazon’s Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) programme. This includes any necessary bagging, boxing, bubble-wrapping or any other specialised service your products need in order to be Amazon compliant. We are very happy to make bundles up to your specifications enabling you to create unique product listings. We will then arrange for shipment into the Amazon Distribution Centre where all sales will be fulfilled by Amazon’s legendary service. Our expert team can even advise you of what is required for your product so you don’t even need to think about this part of your business.
• Import/Export - We understand that shipping into international markets can be a daunting experience for people. We want to remove this concern for you and enable you to access the many exciting global markets that are available to online retailers these days and maximise your opportunities. You decide where you want to sell and make money and we will partner with you to ensure your products arrive ready for delivery to your customers.
• Fulfillment - We are happy to arrange for shipment of your sold items to your customers direct from our warehouse, using our panel of trusted partners, whether these be large, bulky or over-weight items or small, easy to post items.
• Storage - We are able to warehouse prepared “Ready to Ship” products for you to avoid expensive Amazon storage fees.
• Distribution - We are growing our range of distribution clients where are niche and focused team assist in opening up the often lucrative, stable and typically underserved Australian economy to new entrants. Our network of retail contacts and our centrally located warehouse facilitate.
• Returns - If for whatever reason you require products to be removed from the Amazon warehouse or taken for disposal, we are happy to arrange all details to minimise any losses.
