Fulfillment Solution

Our fulfillment, logistics solution for eCommerce, will bring agility to your operation through logistics strategy and operational processes with flows that serve different segments and delivery modalities.

Fulfillment in 8 phases:

  • Automated Check In - The initial phase of our logistical flow is receipt, where all the stock sent is registered through automated check in where all products go through the check of a high-tech collector integrated with our platform. This means that from the beginning you have full control and are able to view your entry process.
  • Customized Storage - Our storage is customized so that the integrity of the products is maintained, the space is optimized, the layout and organization facilitate the separation. In addition, the creation of streets and sectorization of spaces are carried out so that everything is easily mapped and found.
  • Integrated Order - All orders placed through our customers' eCommerce are integrated and signaled to their destination Pier8 unit online and in real time. This exchange of information is carried out through an integration via API between our platform and the customer's ERP, which makes our team start the whole process much faster.
  • Smart Picking - Received notification that there is an order to be processed on our platform, the team performs the smart picking process. This step has a separation wave process by shipping mode, whether Same Day Delivery, D0 or D + 1. In this way we are able to comply with the SLA regardless of the option selected by the final consumer. The products are also checked at this stage via the collector, which reduces the margin of error.
  • Custom Packing - The packaging process is aligned customer to customer, so we can understand the best way to accommodate the products.
  • Check-out - Just as at the entrance before the orders are shipped, they are checked again so that they can be dispatched and be available for the next step until they are delivered.
  • Transport and tracking management - During the checkout, after all the verification, the order trackings are generated, these are also integrated with our platform and are available so that you can communicate with the consumer and thus monitor the delivery status. Our transport management team is responsible throughout the deal with carriers and will be available for any deal.
