Get all your questions answered
The Basic profile is free of charge and let you add a logo or picture and a description. The Premium profile, however, is perfect if you want a more complete experience. Both profiles attract viewers, but Premium has more features to help you convert prospects into clients.
The main benefit of a Basic profile is that it’s free! You receive the common features such as targeting options to help potential clients find you by industries, categories, or services and the addition of one team member and one location.
A Premium profile provides you with all the features Export Connect has to offer! Take advantage of adding up to 10 team members, adding multiple locations, describing your services in detail, attaching files and additional links, and so much more.
If you are looking to increase your lead generation and reach a larger audience, then a Premium profile is perfect for you! All the Premium features were created to help business like yours with lead generation and increasing your reach. It offers all the perks of the Basic profile plus extra features that can help you convert your prospects into clients more easily.
It’s easy! Log in to your account, click on the “Go Premium” tab and upgrade your Basic profile to a Premium profile by entering your payment information. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to let our team know. Email us at info@export-connect.org.
Both Basic and Premium profiles can be viewed or modified 24/7, from any device with Internet access. If you have a Premium profile, you will also be able to edit your payment information and access more information.
Export Connect offers a variety of payment options. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All transactions are in US dollars.
Export Connect does not offer any reimbursement or exchanges. However you can, at any time, easily cancel your Premium profile to stop future payments. If there is an error on your invoice, contact our team at info@export-connect.org and we will respond quickly to your inquiry.
A Premium profile invoice, whether on a monthly or yearly basis, can be found under the “My Payments” tab. All invoices are listed there upon payment. If you have not received an invoice, please send us an email at info@export-connect.org and we will make sure you receive your invoice.
